Q: How can I order product? Do I have to call in and tell you every item I want to order?
A: We have a dedicated wholesale portal for our partners to order product. We build your account in just a few minutes with some basic info: contact, store name, email, and physical address. You will then receive an invite and access to the site for ordering.
Q: What promotional materials do you offer? Or do I need to use sharpie on poster board again?
A: We fully support our retail partners! We supply POS materials such as signs, posters and even retail countertop displays for product with your order.
Q: What's the minimum order amount? I don't want to be sitting on a ton of un-sellable product if it doesn't work out.
A: We are not enforcing minimum order sizes right now. We know what it's like to be a small business, and we want to give you every opportunity to get in on the best tobacco-free chew to hit the market. Our goal is to allow our retail partners to build momentum!
Q: So I need to wait for people to come in to my store? How will they know we've got your product?
A: Once you order, your store will show up in the store locator page of our website. We've spoken to our retailers: this has proven to drive in-store traffic from customers looking for Fully Loaded!
Q: Okay, you guys were right - Fully Loaded FLEW off my shelves. Now I want to order a TON of your product. What kind of bulk discounts do you have?
A: Not gonna say we told you so… but… ya know… anyways, get in touch and we'll talk about pricing for orders exceeding 500 units.
Q: How long do you take to get product shipped out? I've had shipments take WEEKS before.
A: We get it - we do our best to get product out the door as fast as possible. Orders placed are usually shipped out the next day.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We ship with USPS, so small orders are standard shipping rates. But we offer FREE SHIPPING for many levels of orders above those. Give it a try and see if your order qualifies!
